Authorized-representative attestation

By enabling monitoring you attest that you are an authorized representative of the brand and are authorized to monitor it. Unauthorized brand monitoring is a prohibited use and grounds for termination (prohibited-monitoring clause).

Methodology disclosure

Results are gathered through a third-party SERP vendor. We perform no direct scraping of search engines, capture no ad-click URLs, and rely on residential proxy compliance-verification only where the vendor requires it.

Fair use

Service is subject to a fair-use secondary spend cap on additional data acquisition beyond the plan allotment.

Billing and refunds

Annual plans that cancel mid-term continue as service to the end of the paid period with no refund. Monthly plans stop at period end.
