Subprocessors

We share data with the following subprocessors: Stripe (billing), Google Cloud (storage and infrastructure), DataForSEO (SERP data), Anthropic (Claude, operated under a zero-retention agreement), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (product analytics), an RFC-3161 TSA timestamping provider, and a residential proxy vendor.

Data retention and erasure

Actor attribution uses an opaque actorRef stored in append-only records; personally identifying data lives only in the erasable actorIdentity side table. On a verified erasure request we delete the actorIdentity row while retention of the immutable audit history (keyed by actorRef) is preserved.
